Bereavement and Grief Support
Compassionate, age-appropriate support for children, young people and families navigating the loss of someone significant.
We support children, young people and families through life's emotional, behavioural and personal challenges. Through compassionate, individualised support and multidisciplinary collaboration, we strive to create an environment where every person is treated with dignity, understanding and respect.
Many children and young people face grief, emotional difficulties, behavioural challenges and circumstances that leave them feeling overwhelmed or misunderstood. Hearts Held Foundation was established to help bridge the gap between vulnerability and meaningful support.
Every person's journey is unique, and effective support often needs the knowledge, compassion and collaboration of people with different skills and experiences. Our purpose is to offer understanding, encourage resilience, support families and create opportunities for healthier, more hopeful futures.
